Dr. Nathan Knecht graduated with a Bachelor's in Biology from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California in 1997. He then attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Nathan graduated with his DDS degree in May 2001. One year later, Nathan graduated from UMKC's Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. Nathan and his wife Sarah moved to Ft. Collins in July 2002. Since then, he has been practicing at Clear Creek Dental.

Nathan and Sarah have three children, Toby, Cody, and Boden. During his free time, Nathan enjoys basketball, continuing dental education, and travel.

Nathan is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Colorado Dental Association (CDA), and Larimer County Dental Society (LCDS). He was voted a "Top Dentist in Fort Collins" by 5280 Magazine in 2008 and 2009.

Dr. Alex Knecht graduated with a Bachelor's in Biology from Wheaton College in Chicago, Illinois, in 1999. He then attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. He graduated with his DDS degree in May 2004. Alex and his wife Hannah moved to Ft. Collins in September 2004. Alex practiced as a dentist at Sunrise Community Health Center in Greeley, Colorado from September 2004 to August 2005. Since then, Alex has been practicing at Clear Creek Dental with his brother.

Alex and Hannah have two children, Gentry and Harlow. During his free time, Alex enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and music.
